Contact support
Email support@datatoolpack.com from the address on your account. To help us answer quickly, include:
- the session ID (shown on the run and in Runs history) or API request time,
- the file name, its approximate size, and the steps or settings you used,
- the exact error message or a screenshot,
- whether you used the dashboard, the REST API or the Python SDK (with its version).
Please don’t email datasets, passwords or full API keys. If we need a sample, we will tell you how to share it safely.
Account and billing
- Adding funds to your balance, plan upgrades and invoices: email support.
- Lost password or passcode: sign in with the other method, or contact support from your account email.
- Account deletion and data requests: email support from your account email; see the Privacy Policy for what is removed.
- Enterprise plans, self-hosting and custom rates: use the Enterprise form on the sign-up page or email support.
Security reporting
Report security vulnerabilities to security@datatoolpack.com, not to general support. Please include the affected URL or endpoint, steps to reproduce, and the impact you observed. We acknowledge reports within 3 business days and keep you updated until the issue is fixed.
When testing, act in good faith: use only your own accounts and data, don’t access or change other users’ data, don’t degrade the Service (no denial-of-service or high-volume automated scanning), and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it. We will not pursue legal action against research that follows these rules.
Our machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
